We received expert advice from Jim and his staff, who took the time not only to educate us about systems, but also helped solve the issue of a cold garage making the family room above always a bit chilly. Using a state of the art tankless system we can look forward to saving $$ a month, especially with heating costs slated to skyrocket this year. Despite the upfront cost, we expect to break even in 6-7 years (not factoring in what’s portended to be a 30% increase this year). Jim’s staff was neat and professional. You wouldn’t know it was a messy job with water and an old heating system being removed. and noisy pipes due to air in the baseboards are a thing of the past, even though it required about half a day of work to install new valves and isolate each zone to bleed all the lines. When they discovered the distributor gave them the wrong model, they located one in southern NJ and, rather than making us wait without heat and hot water for delivery, drove there to pick it up.
